First and foremost, keep in mind that if you’re running the Developer Preview builds, they are among the most unstable and buggy releases. This is then followed by Beta builds which is also considered unstable, atleast until it reaches the performance stability stage [which will happen with 3rd Beta in the month of June]. Even then, you might still come across a few bugs in the beta builds, but the frequency will be somewhat lower as compared with its pre-June phase.

Finally, comes the stable stage which will be rolled out in September end or the initial weeks of October and it goes without saying that it will have the least number of bugs when compared with its counterparts. With that said, since the majority of users are on the stable build, you will see most of the reports from the stable release, thereby painting a slightly different picture than the theoretical one.
