In this guide, we will show you the steps to fix the battery information missing issue from a Samsung device running One UI 8. The eighth iteration of the OS from the South Korean giant has brought in a slew of intriguing goodies and a bunch of noteworthy features to the fore.

However, after flashing this One UI 8 update, a bunch of users came up to me with a weird issue- the battery information page was completely missing from their device [which included the likes of first use, charge count, health, etc].
At first, I shared a few basic workarounds and even went on with the extreme approach of doing a factory reset, but none of them worked in their favor. Then I did some investigation into this matter and finally stumbled upon the fix, which I will be documenting in this guide. So without further ado, let’s get started.

The culprit behind this issue is CSC. Beginning with One UI 8, LO/XXV CSC will not show the advanced battery information anymore. You’ll have to make a switch to any other CSC, such as EUX, which has been confirmed to show Battery Information on One UI 8.
