ChatGPT/Sora Preauth PlayIntegrity verification failed [Fixed]
If you’re running a rooted device, then a lot of apps would refuse to function along the expected lines. While issues with banking and payment apps are quite well documented, nowadays even the likes of McDonald’s and Uber are causing quite a lot of problems on rooted devices. And now, you can add the AI apps to this list as well.
When I installed ChatGPT and Sora on my rooted device, both of them gave out the Preauth PlayIntegrity verification failed error message. So I carried out a few tweaks and was finally able to fix this issue once and for all. So without any further ado, let’s make you aware of the same right away.

The steps given here will work for all the apps that give out the Preauth PlayIntegrity verification failed, whether it belongs to the AI domain or not; that doesn’t matter. So on that note, take a backup of all the data on your device, and let’s get started.
- To begin with, root your device via Magisk / KernelSU / APatch .
- Then pass the Basic and Device Integrity Tests [if not Strong].
- After that, download, install, and set up LSPosed Framework.
- Then, download and install the PairIP Fix app on your device.
- Next, open LSPosed > go to Modules > PairIP Fix > Enable it.
- Now, checkmark the issue-causing app and restart the device.
- Once done, download, install, and set up the Hide My Applist .
- Then launch it, create a blacklist of all rooted apps, and apply this blacklist to ChatGPT.
- Then, download the BetterKnownInstalled module from GitHub.
- Now, delete the data of Play Store, Play Service, and ChatGPT, and restart your device.
