DerpFest ROM for Galaxy S24 Ultra is Here!
Earlier, the flagships of Samsung used to be blessed with a plethora of custom ROMs. However, that landscape has now changed and not for good. While the likes of Play Integrity issues have a role to play, the OEM added another factor to it, something which is not in our control anymore. It has removed the OEM Unlock toggle beginning with One UI 8. As a result of this, you wouldn’t be able to unlock the bootloader in the first place! Fortunately, the S24 Ultra didn’t ship with that version and can easily be unlocked [well, atleast non-Spadragon US variant].
But even then, you would hardly find any ROMs for this device. So XDA Senior Member kevte89 stepped up and has taken matters into his own hands. Recently, he released Evolution X , and now he has rolled out the DerpFest ROM, checking off two of the most popular AOSP ROMs off the list. So if you wish to break free from the shackles of the stock One UI and jump ship over to the Pixel UI, then now is just the right time for that. So without any further ado, let’s make you aware of the steps to flash the DerpFest onto your Galaxy S24 Ultra.
