Download and Install Custom Recovery on OnePlus 12 and 13

How to Flash OrangeFox/PitchBlack Recovery on OnePlus 13 and 12

Before starting, please take a complete device backup. Droidwin and its members wouldn’t be held responsible in case of a thermonuclear war, your alarm doesn’t wake you up, or if anything happens to your device, and data by performing the below steps. NOTE: All the commands given below are the same for OnePlus 12 and 13.
- Download and extract Android SDK Platform Tools on your PC.
- Then, enable USB Debugging & OEM Unlocking on your device.
- Now unlock the bootloader on your device [backup beforehand].
- Then download the recovery for your device from the below link OrangeFox Recovery OnePlus 13: DOWNLOAD Credit: XDA Senior Member koaaN PitchBlack Recovery OnePlus 12: DOWNLOAD Credit: XDA Senior Member snowwolf725
- Rename it to recovery.img file & transfer it to the platform tool.
- Then open Command Prompt inside platform-tools and type in: adb reboot bootloader
- After that, type in the below command to flash the recovery file: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
- Now boot to the newly flashed recovery via the below command: fastboot reboot recovery
- You may flash the desired file. Once done, go to Reboot > System.
