  3. Once done, launch it, select Install a Device Filter, and click Next. Keep this window open.
  4. Then boot your device to Preloader Mode. For that, power it off, then press and hold the Volume Up and Down keys. While holding both the keys, connect your device to the PC via the USB cable.
  5. As soon as the device is booted to Preloader Mode, you will see your list, MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM, in the libusb-win32 filter installer [it will only appear for 1-2 seconds].
  6. Select it and hit Install. It will now be installed, and you’ll then be notified of the same.
