FIX 1: Re-Add Face Data

  1. To begin with, head over to Settings > Biometrics and security.
  2. Then go to Face Recognition and tap on Remove face data.
  3. Now tap on Register face > plus icon and add your face.
  4. Check if it fixes Face Unlock not working on Galaxy S23 Ultra.

FIX 2; Add Alternate Appearance

  1. Head over to Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition.
  2. Then tap on ‘Add alternative appearance to enhance recognition.’
  3. Now add your face via a slightly different angle and outlook and save it.
