Genmoji Missing in WhatsApp on iPhone: How to Fix
In this guide, we will show you the steps to fix the issue of missing Genmoji in WhatsApp on iPhones. While the Cupertino giant has taken ages and still is not able to roll out Apple Intelligence, yet a few are slowly seeing some of its associated features making their presence felt.
The latest one in this regard is Genmoji, which allows you to create custom emojis either by typing a descriptive text prompt or uploading a photo of your friends and family. While Apple has also listed down detailed set of instructions on how to use it, however, users are still having one major issue- they are unable to use it on one of Meta’s apps.

Many have voiced their concern that the Genmoji is missing from WhatsApp on their iPhone running the latest iOS 26. In theory, you just had to tap on the emoji icon present at the bottom left, and you should then see the Genmoji icon at the upper right of the emoji icons, as shown in the screenshot.

Fix Genmoji Missing in WhatsApp on iPhone

To fix this issue, you just need to head over to Settings > General > Keyboard> Enable Stickers (present at the bottom of the page). The Genmoji button should now be visible at the upper right of the emoji icons, granted Apple Intelligence is already up and running on your device.
