How to Fix Samsung RPMB Fuse Set RPMB Provisioned
In this guide, we will show you the steps to fix the RPMB Fuse Set RPMB Provisioned issue on your Samsung device. Recently, I flashed an Android 16 custom ROM onto my Galaxy S20 FE, and then I went back to flashing the stock ROM via Odin. To avoid any issues with the incremental Bootloader version, I re-verified the firmware’s Bootloader and then flashed it.
Thankfully, everything went as planned. Or so I thought. I then proceeded to flash the TWRP and vbmeta_disabled TAR files via Odin, and there I was, staring at a weird-looking screen. It had some information written at the top left, which goes something like this [along with their values]
RPMB Fuse Set
RPMB Provisioned
Current Binary: Custom (0x30C)
FRP Lock: Off
OEM Lock: On (U)
Warranty Void: 0x1 0xE02
Qualcomm Secure Boot: Enable
RP SWREV: B11
Secure Download: Enable
SPU: 5
HPU HM Status: None
DID: <some numerical value>

The most important part of this message was the RPMB Fuse, which should be set to ‘Set’. If it has been ‘Fused’, then there’s a problem at hand. Fortunately, in our case, it’s still Set, so rectifying this issue isn’t a major cause of concern. Here’s how it can be done:
How to Fix Samsung RPMB Fuse Set RPMB Provisioned

- To begin with, download and extract the Odin Tool onto your PC.
- Then launch it and make sure your device is shown in the COM Port.
- Now download the firmware for your device and extract it on the PC.
- Then load the AP, BL, CP, and CSC [the normal one, not the Home] files in Odin.
- Finally, hit Start. The flashing will now start. Once done, it will boot to the OS.
