As of now, this feature has only been rolled out in the USA. So you will have to change your PC’s location [date and time] to the said region, install the app, and then revert to your actual location. Here’s how it could be done [before starting, make sure you are on Windows 11 version 22621.0 or higher].

  1. Head over to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
  2. Then click on the drop-down menu next to Region and select United States.
  3. It is also recommended to change the Regional Format to English [United States].
  4. Now launch Microsoft Store and download and install the Apple Music app.
  5. Then go back to the Windows Settings menu and switch back to your region.
  6. Now launch Apple Music, log in to your account, and start using it right away.
