Numerous users have voiced their concern regarding a bug wherein the Message app doesn’t stay in the conversation but rather goes back to the list of messages after it is left untouched for a few minutes on iOS 16.1. There were high expectations that the bug would be rectified with the latest iOS 16.1.1 update, however that didn’t happen as Apple hasn’t addressed it in this latest OS release.
